Questions about Free
Is it really free, for good?
Yes. Free isn't a trial and it doesn't expire. You don't enter a card to sign up, and there's nothing to cancel.
What's the catch?
Free runs one branch with one till, and leaves out the features bigger operations pay for: stock and recipe costing, more tills, kitchen screens, online ordering and loyalty. If one till is all you need, you can stay on Free as long as you like.
Can I add a second till or a second branch?
Not on Free. A second till or branch needs a paid plan, and so does keeping several tills in sync live.
How do I upgrade?
Message us on WhatsApp and we move your account to the plan you choose. It's the same account: your menu, staff, sales and reports stay as they are.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your sales reports export to Excel, and they stay yours whether you stay on Free, upgrade or leave.
Does it work for a restaurant?
Yes. When you sign up you choose café or restaurant, and the till sells for either. Tables and open tickets are included on the till. Kitchen screens and waiter handhelds are on the paid plans.
